Volvo Indonesia aimed to create a platform where all its customers could gather through exclusive activities and strengthen the relationship between Volvo and its loyal customers. To better deliver information and provide customer benefits, digitalization became the solution in today’s technology-driven era, offering a more effective way to share updates and extend benefits to Volvo’s loyal customers.

As a Fullstack Developer, I took on the challenge presented by Volvo Indonesia to build a platform that could provide these features and benefits. Key functionalities include exclusive information about upcoming events accessible only to registered members, a system where Volvo Indonesia can grant special points redeemable for valuable rewards, and a space for members to share information within the Volvo Owners Club Indonesia community.

The Volvo Owners Club Indonesia Landing Page was designed to provide an overview of information available within the Volvo Club Indonesia community. It is also built to be SEO friendly, making it easier to be indexed by Google and discovered by potential new members.

The family font used is the unique Volvo Centum, exclusively provided by Volvo. The color theme applies a dark mode combined with colorful accents.

The pages accessible to non-members include:

• News: a collection of news related to Volvo Indonesia
• Forum: a space for members to share information (only members can add comments)
• Member: displays membership benefits and invitations to join
• Volvo For Life: a page featuring testimonials from loyal Volvo customers
• Login and Register

Here, members who have registered and passed the admin approval process will gain access to an exclusive page tailored for each member, where the page design adapts to the color theme of the car owned by the account holder.

From this page, members can redeem points to enjoy membership benefits, register for various events to earn more points, add comments in the forum, and personalize their profile according to their individual identity.

A Content Management System (CMS) was also developed for the administrators of Volvo Owners Club Indonesia. Through this CMS, admins can manage all content related to the system, including events, members, product redemption, forum comments, news, landing page content, event galleries, and car models.

For Super Admins, additional features are available such as user management, the ability to add new admins, and approving new member registrations.

By using a colorful theme, the admin panel aligns with the overall system design, avoiding the monotonous look of typical admin dashboards. This makes the management experience more engaging and motivating for admins while handling content.
